Spot clean gently with cool water and a small amount of mild soap. Blot softly, reshape by hand, and air dry completely.

Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, iron, or pull hard on stitched details.

Handmade

Every Adalvi Loops piece is handmade. Because each piece is made by hand, slight natural variations in shape, stitching, and texture may occur from one piece to another.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact Adalvi Loops with your order number or other proof of purchase. If approved, the return must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping when returning an item because of a change of mind. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

If an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, please contact Adalvi Loops promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Because every piece is handmade, small variations in shape, stitching, size, and texture are natural and are not considered defects.

Custom or personalized orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged, an error was made with the order, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Shipping

Local pickup and shipping are available. Orders are carefully prepared before shipment, and packaging takes at least one business day after availability and order details are confirmed.

Shipping details, estimated timing, and total cost are confirmed before the order is finalized.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may be required before the order is sent again.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. If the package is still missing, contact Adalvi Loops with your order number and proof that a missing package inquiry was opened with the carrier, such as a case or reference number or a screenshot. We will review the situation and help determine the appropriate next step. A delivered tracking status does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

If an unexpected delay prevents us from shipping within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with the option to continue waiting or cancel the order for a refund.
